Under normal circumstances, exchanges are processed no later than 5 days after we receive your return package. As soon as everything is ready, you will receive an email with the new tracking information.

If it takes a bit longer and you haven't heard from us after 5 days, please contact us at [email protected]. Sometimes, a small stock issue can delay the exchange, and in such cases, we intervene quickly to resolve the situation and, if necessary, proceed with a refund.
