Can I return one or more item(s)?
Of course! You have a 30-day period to request a return. You can choose to request a credit, an exchange, or a refund, as you prefer.
Please note that we will only refund returned items and, in the case where the entire order is returned, the initial delivery fees.
How to proceed with a return or exchange?
Simply log in to the return interface and have your order number and postal code ready. Returns and exchanges are free of charge.
Can I return a sale item?
Absolutely! The same return rules for orders made on the e-shop apply during our Sale and Private Sale periods.
Return or exchange for an in-store purchase from abroad
If you made a purchase in one of our stores in France during your visit and wish to return or exchange it from your country of residence, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
To organize your return, please contact us at [email protected] so we can provide you with the address of our warehouse.
Once your package is shipped, it is imperative to send us the proof of deposit and the tracking number. Without this information, we will not be able to process the refund.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return is received properly.
Will I be reimbursed for the shipping costs?
Please note that we only refund the products and not the various shipping fees you may have paid when placing your order. We refund these fees only if you return the entire order.
