Where's my order ?Updated a month ago

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can easily follow its progress.


If you can't find that email, don't worry. You can also find the link by clicking on the chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen and selecting "Track and Manage My Orders." Simply log in with the email address used for your order.


If you're still having trouble finding your link, or if your order was supposed to be delivered but hasn't been, feel free to write to us at [email protected]. We're here to help, we promise.


In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to stock shortages. If this happens, we will always notify you by email. So, be sure to check your emails, including your spam folder, just in case. If you haven't received a notification and have concerns, don't hesitate to contact us, we're here to assist you.


Multiple Packages

To ensure you receive your complete order, we may sometimes send part of your order from our warehouse and another part from one of our stores. If this is the case with your order, we will send you multiple tracking links corresponding to your order.
